At Kollar Kids, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in small batches. Because of this, we do not offer refunds at this time.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We happily accept exchanges or offer store credit for eligible items.

To qualify:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

If your item meets these requirements, you may choose:

• Exchange for a different size (based on availability), or
• Store credit for the full purchase amount

How to initiate an Exchange

Email us at hellokollarkids@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to exchange
• The size or item you'd like instead or request store credit

We'll walk you through next steps!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Our pieces are designed with thoughtful features (like adjustable openings) to help with fit. Check out our size guide for specific style measurements + fit notes.
